Almost perfect weekend for UD Almería Academy teams
All of the youth sides achieved victories except Under-16s 'A'. UD Almería U19 'A' beat UD Tomares 2-0 to get one step closer to the Copa del Rey Juvenil.
All UDA Academy youth sides scored triumphs except Under-16s 'A'. UD Almería U19 'A' beat UD Tomares 2-0. Valen and Varó goals sealed their 9th consecutive victory to get one step closer to Copa del Rey youth tournament. Alberto Lasarte's boys continue to hold the lead level on points with Real Betis and they are 9 points above fifth place.
UD Almería U19s 'B' clinched their second victory on the spin, beating Linares 2-5 with goals from Miguel, Isra, Fuentes and Pedro and they have five points away from the promotion spots. The Under-16s 'A' did not have the same luck as the rest of the youth teams as they lost 3-1 to CD 26 de Febrero.
The under-16s 'B', meanwhile, won 1-3 against La Cañada with goals from Gonzalo, Hugo García and Hugo Albiar.
UD Almería U14s 'A' thrashed the same rivals as the Under-16s 'A' 1-5, while the under-14s shocked Pavía 4-0, with the Álex Valle, Porri, José and Céspedes earning their names on the scoresheet. Last but not least, Ciudad de Granada suffered a humiliating defeat 7-0 handed by the youngest players in the UDA Academy, UD Almería U12.
