UD Almería 'B' looking to get back to winning ways against FC Málaga City

The UD Almería Academy Rojiblancos, on their visit to the Pepe Luis Bobadilla stadium, will go all out to wrap up victory and remain within the play-offs zone with four games remaining

UD Almería 'B' will face FC Málaga City at 12 noon this Sunday at the Pepe Luis Bobadilla stadium with one goal set, to get back to winning ways. The Rojiblancos come into this match after suffering a reverse against Real Jaén, which ended their impressive streak of six consecutive victories. This loss not only interrupted their progress towards second place, but has also fueled competition in the promotion play-offs. However, the team remains firm within that privileged area in the table.

On the opposite side of the pitch will be FC Málaga City, who occupy 13th position in the standings. Although their position is not outstanding, in their last match, they achieved a draw with UD Torre del Mar, a team in fifth position. This result is especially relevant considering that UD Torre del Mar are direct rivals, currently placed in fourth position.

As a result, Alberto Lasarte's side must be alert to pick up the three points on their visit to Málaga and secure Málaga City a play-off spot. It is expected to be a highly competitive match for UD Almeria 'B', who will have to win to continue maintaining that comfortable distance of 8 points against sixth-placed CF Motril.
