UD Almería U19 'A' crowned winter champs!
The youngsters celebrated beating Algeciras 0-2 with goals courtesy of Leal and Rachad. They closed out the first half of the season on a twelve-week winning streak.
UD Almería under-19s 'A' have once again recorded a new victory to make twelve on the bounce. Their latest victory against Algeciras helps them close out the first half of the season as winter table-toppers and champions. The UDA youngsters managed to beat Algeciras in La Menacha thanks to goals either side of the break from Leal and Rachad, but it was not an easy game at all for the Almerienses.
The opponents, the bottom team, were clear about what this game was going to be, parking the bus and waiting for a counter-attack. However, UD Almería U19s 'A' managed to beat the goalkeeper twice, but they could have extended their result.
UD Almería U19s 'A' closed out the first half of the season invincible, becoming winter champions, celebrating twelve consecutive victories as leaders. The lads are excited to face their first Copa del Rey Juvenil which will be played in January 2023.
