The UD Almería under19-s ‘A’ are raring to extend their winning streak and clinch their sixth consecutive victory against 5th-placed Cádiz. A victory would open the gap to 7-points or what is the same, it would mean securing a stab for the Copa del Rey tournament. If the first half of the season ends and Alberto Lasarte's youth side is among the top four, they would enter that competition. So bagging all three points would be vital.

Apart from UD Almeria U19 ‘A’, the rest of the Academy teams also compete this weekend. UD Almeria U19 ‘B’ play against CD Vera on Friday at 8pm (CET); a triumph seems essential in order to strengthen their hold onto the top spots of the table.

The under16s ‘A’ face Tiro Pichón on Saturday at 5:15pm (CET), while the under16-s ‘B’ take on Atlético Jaén this Sunday at 6pm (Spain Time). The under-16s ‘A’ will have the same rivals as the first cadetes and U14s ‘B’ will face La Cañada. Both outfits are playing on Saturday at 3pm and 7:15pm (CET) respectively.

The youngest team from the UDA Academy, UD Almeria U12s, play Linares Deportivo on Saturday at 4pm (CET).
