UD Almería Women face great challenge against girls from Levante 'B'

The Rojiblancas will try to keep scoring points to stay out of relegation. The meeting takes place on Sunday at the Emilio Campra youth stadium in Almería (KO 11am CET)

UD Almería Women will have to face a great challenge against the girls from Levante 'B' this Sunday at the Emilio Campra Youth Stadium (kick-off 11am CET). The Rojiblancas will go into this match on the back of a one-all draw with Gran Canaria-based side CD Femarguín. It was a vital point to stay out of relegation and against rivals who were in fifth position, so it was a well-earned point.

The footballers from Almeria now have to welcome third-placed Levante 'B', who are fighting to become the group champions and move up a tier. It will not be an easy match at all, the Granota team is the second side with the best away form, with four victories recorded in six games. UD Almería player Jessi has already warned on UDA Radio: 'they're a well-drilled side, tough opponents, but with our fans cheering on us here at home, we'll try to ensure a positive result. If we get all three points, then much better.'

The Indalicas are in good shape as they won two games, drew two and lost one in their last five fixtures. This Sunday, they will be looking to keep up the good vibes against the Granota side.
