UD Almería U19 'A' play this Saturday at 5pm the round of 32 of the Copa del Rey Juvenil. After twelve years without taking part in this competition, the youthful Rojiblancos are back in action with boundless enthusiasm, having qualified first in their group as winter champions.
Alberto Lasarte's side results are impressive. They top the Group IV table of the Division de Honor with 44 points. They clinched twelve consecutive victories and 45 goals scored in 17 games. The first rivals that the Almerienses will have to overcome will be Elche CF, who have qualified for the Copa del Rey Juvenil as one of the best fifths and their results are great, 28 points, following nine victories, four of them achieved in a row.
It will be the first time that this team plays this competition, so the players are all excited. Alberto Lasarte highlighted at a press conference that this match is going to be very difficult and warned: 'they're an attacking team with a lot of versatility because they can use different tactics. In addition, they have picked up more points away from home than at home and therefore a tough and even game is expected.'
The unstoppable Rojiblancos' gaffer highlighted: 'Whoever scores first will have more chances to win since we're two teams that know how to play with the result.'
Those fans who want to attend the game should know that season ticket holders, both UD Almería and AD Huercal, will have free admission, while for the general public the ticket price will be 5€.
