The Rojiblancos train this Sunday as soon as they arrive from Barcelona

UD Almería cannot rest as they have a busy week ahead of them with two official competition matches

UD Almería return this Sunday from Barcelona after the LaLiga Santander fixture played at the Spotify Camp Nou Stadium. As soon as they land at Almeria city's airport, the UD Almeria travelling squad will head straight to the Power Horse Stadium for post-match training. As per usual, it will be an active recovery session for those starters and subs who got the most minutes in their legs against FC Barcelona, and a session including higher intensity workouts for the other members.

The squad will have no time for breaks as they have to take part in two Spanish official competition matches before the winter break for the Qatar World Cup 2022. On Wednesday (7pm Spain Time), Getafe CF are to be welcomed by the Rojiblancos on the south coast for a meeting that Rubi’s side will be preparing on Monday and Tuesday with two behind-closed-doors evening sessions.

After taking on Madrid-based side Getafe CF, there will be a day off on Thursday, and the Indalicos will be switching their attention on Friday and Saturday to the Spanish Cup tie against CD Arenteiro. The first of these sessions will be conducted in the morning and the second and last in the evening; in both cases also behind closed doors.
