Adrián Embarba: 'We're going to Cádiz to win, we've got great qualities to do it'

The UD Almería right-winger is fairly confident that his team will do a good job in order to bring all three points back home.

'We're prepared for this key game,' said UD Almería right-winger Adrián Embarba to the Club's official media as he gave his assessment of this mid-season break and how the players are going to face the fixture with Cádiz CF the day before NYE.

Regarding this atypical winter hiatus for everyone, the Rojiblanco winger assured: 'it's very different because it fell right in the middle of the season... what is strange, but it has helped us a lot to continue improving on our fitness and tactics.'

As for the upcoming match against Cádiz CF, Adrián Embarba stressed: 'It's a key match.' In addition, the 30-year-old added: 'there's a lot at stake against direct rivals who are similar to us. If we win there, we'll take a big step forward and it'd mean feeling a bit more relaxed.' 'We'll go all out for the three points,' he explained.

Embarba is fully aware of what aspects all the players have to take into account in a bid to bag the three points in Cádiz: 'To win there, we have to play on the opposition's side, press high up the pitch, weaken their strengths and be brave. We have to go for it because we've got great qualities to do it.'

The Madrid-born footballer talked about how well he is doing in Almería: 'I feel very comfortable around my team-mates and the backroom team. I feel like an important player here. I always give it my best effort but at the same time, I'm sure that I can contribute more.'
