UD Almería will start the 2025/26 season with fixtures spread across three different days: Monday, Sunday and Friday
UD Almería are set to experience the full rhythm of LaLiga Hypermotion's scheduling as they prepare to open the 2025/26 campaign with matches spread across three different days: Monday, Sunday and Friday.
The Rojiblancos will begin their campaign at the UDA Stadium under the Monday night lights hosting Albacete Balompié on 18 August at 9:30pm. It will be a high-stakes opener for Rubi’s side, who are targeting a return to the top flight after a challenging previous season.
Their second fixture sees them travel North to face newly-promoted Cultural y Deportiva Leonesa at the Reino de León on Sunday, 24 August with kick-off set for 7:30pm.
LaLiga has now confirmed Matchday 3, where UD Almería will once again be on the road — this time against Real Sociedad 'B', another newly promoted outfit. The match is set for Friday, 29 August at 7:30pm and will likely be staged at the Z7 pitch in Zubieta, a compact venue with a 4,000-seat capacity that is nearing final completion. It marks a departure from the Reale Arena, where the Potrillos previously hosted matches.
With their opening 3 fixtures scattered across a Monday, Sunday, and Friday, UD Almería will need to adapt quickly to a flexible rhythm as they aim to find early momentum in the race for promotion.
