The UDA Academy history-makers beat RC Deportivo de la Coruña U19s in stoppage-time to progress to the final against Real Madrid CF U19 on Saturday (KO 4:30pm CET).
Only Spanish Cup U19 progress in UD Almería Under-19s 'A' thoughts! The UDA Academy history-makers qualified for the Spanish tournament final after defeating RC Deportivo de la Coruña U19's 1-2 in North Spain.
The first half kicked off with opponent Martín Ochoa opening the scoring on 23 minutes, yet in the following play just 2 minutes later, by a stroke of luck, Marciano grabbed a leveller as his shot deflected off Seydi straight into the goal (1-1).
After the unfortunate own goal, the second half began with more intensity and in the 55th minute, Marciano was the first to go close as he pulled a right-footed effort just past the far post. After this big chance for UD Almería U19s 'A', the Galician outfit reacted and also started to fashion chances, but the youthful Rojiblancos' defensive solidity plus goalie Bruno's reflexes prevented the rivals from breaking the deadlock in the dying embers of the match.

It was certainly a tight encounter until minute 90+3 when the Indálico top-scorer sealed a historic passage to the Spanish Cup U19 final that sparked wild scenes of celebration at the Reino de León Stadium (Castilla y León).
