UD Almería in full competitive mode ahead of Friday's away fixture with Cádiz CF

The Indálicos have accomplished the second session of the week at the training base where intensity, throw-ins, speed and finishing drills have been practised.

UD Almería are in full competitive mode ahead of Friday's league resumption, when they will be playing again a LaLiga Santander fixture after the World Cup break. Rubi and his coaching staff have intensified the workloads in this Tuesday morning session. Speed, intensity, finishing, throw-ins and crosses from wide positions have been practised by all the first team players.

Rubi has been closely supervising the practice, correcting his players and praising them when they did right what he asked for. It has lasted about two hours that has ended with the usual intra-squad game where the players have given their all on a sunny and warm morning despite it is winter.

The Rojiblancos will keep it going until Thursday, the day in which they will have their last training session before traveling to Cádiz to face the Cadistas; UD Almería's direct rivals in the race to stay up.
