Babić: 'The away fixture against Cádiz CF is a six-pointer'

UD Almería centre-back Srdjan Babić caught up with the Club's official media on Tuesday morning after his participation in the World Cup in Qatar. The Serbian player underlined the he is really excited about the LaLiga Santander return: 'I can't wait for the competition to start.'
In addition, the 26-year-old warned of the importance of the upcoming fixture against Cádiz CF and assured: 'the team is well prepared. I reckon the squad is better than in the first half of the season.'
Moreover, the UD Almería central defender made it clear that Friday's game is a 'six-pointer.' 'We've improved a lot over this winter break and we're only thinking about this appointment at the minute.' However, Babić wanted to point out and remind everyone: 'we have to score away from home, it's vital, we were close to scoring away in several games, but now we have to do better and be calmer.'
To end his speech, the Banja Luka native cast his mind back over his participation in the World Cup in the Middle East: 'I've fulfilled a dream that was to play in such an important tournament,' but he stressed that 'now it's time to turn our attention to LaLiga.'
