UD Almería get set to play tough friendly

The match against Torino FC will be aired live by UDA Radio from 4:50pm (Spain Time). The squad carries on with their training.

UD Almería are preparing to face a demanding friendly match within this period of preparations taking advantage of the winter break to accommodate the World Cup Qatar.

The Rojiblancos are battling it out against Italian Serie A Torino FC at the Pinatar Arena Football Center this Friday (KO 5pm CET). A match that will help them stay in the right fitness levels, in the right shape and in the team style when the competition starts again.

The Italian side has undoubted potential with international players in its ranks. They are a successful football club who also competes in Europe. It will be the fourth practice game after the two played during the training camp in Marbella against SK Sturm Graz and Hearts, and the one played in Saudi Arabia against Al-Nassr FC. With regard to the LaLiga Santander, Cádiz CF will be hosting UD Almería on 30 December.

UDA Radio, the official radio station of UD Almería, will air the friendly live from 4:50pm with the running commentary of the game by Carlos Felipe from the Pinatar Arena Football Center, while Antonio del Rosal will be in the radio studio in charge of the content, and Pedro García as responsible for the production of the broadcast.

Meanwhile, UD Almería have returned to training this Thursday on the Anexo training ground with a behind-closed-doors football practice to work on the tactics that head coach Rubi wants his players to put on display against Torino FC. All the squad members of the squad with the exception of Kaiky, whose muscular discomfort is relieving, partook in the session like they did yesterday.
