Rubi: 'We're going to test our strength at home'

The UD Almería head coach remains pretty confident and trusts in his team's capacity to keep their good home form, but warns of the skills and weaknesses of guests Getafe CF

UD Almería head coach Rubi sincerely hopes and trusts in his team's capacity to keep their good home form as they have been demonstrating at the Power Horse Stadium lately. The Rojiblancos will be taking on Getafe CF this Wednesday at 7pm (CET) and the gaffer made it clear that they are going to face a testy encounter on this Matchday 14 before reaching the winter break for the World Cup in Qatar. He underlined 'we're going to test our strength at home.

On the one hand, UD Almería are one of the teams with the best home form. On the other hand, Getafe CF are one of those with the best away form as they've been undefeated on 4 trips with two wins and two draws and have only conceded one goal.

Rubi warns of the skills and weaknesses of a 'well-drilled' team thanks to their head coach, Quique Sánchez Flores, 'who knows loads about football,' and that 'when you host a team with players with the likes of Unal, Mayoral, Munir, Aleñá, Milla...watch out!'

Getafe CF will visit the south coast with some absentees in the defence but Joan Francesc Ferrer Sicilia is pretty sure that their head coach 'will find the way to deal with it though attacking players who can make a difference.'

All in all, high concentration, boundless energy and effective tactics will be necessary in a bid to 'reach the World Cup break with 16 points in the table, a number that would be vital for us,' highlighted the UD Almería head coach.
