Keeper Bruno Iribarne receives Spain U19 call-up
The UD Almería under-19s ‘A’ goalkeeper has been called up again to feature in two friendlies against Norway that will be played in Madrid on 21 and 23 February.
UD Almeria Under-19s ‘A’ Goalkeeper Bruno Iribarne has been called up to Spain U19 to play two friendlies against Norway with head coach José Lana in the driving seat. The Almeria-born keeper will head to the Ciudad del Fútbol de las Rozas in Madrid to take part in the two matches that are going to take place on 21 and 23rd February.
Iribarne, who is having a scintillating season with the UD Almeria Academy youth team, spent two campaigns playing for Real Madrid Youth, U17 and U18. In addition, the 18-year-old goalie was already named in the Spain under-16s squad in the 2019/20 season. Iribarne becomes the second player from UD Almería U19s ‘A’ to receive a Spain U19 call-up, after striker Rachad, who had already made his Spain U18 debut.
