Circuit work-outs, finishing and Passing drills in order
Friday's football practice has been the second of the week for UD Almería after their 10-day holiday break due to the World Cup.
The squad members have spent one hour and a half at the Anexo training ground focusing on their fitness through strength circuits work-outs, accompanied by finishing and passing drills. There was a new face in goal, UD Almería B's goalkeeper Mert has joined the first team in the morning session.
Iván Martos and Juanjo Nieto have trained on the sidelines along with the conditioning coaches. There are some players on international duty: Babić, called up to Serbia squad for the World Cup; El Bilal Touré, who is on his last day of holidays since the Malian played a game with his home country team and therefore, the Club extended his time away for two more days.
This Saturday, the Rojiblancos will participate in their last training session on the Anexo training ground. They will have Saturday off and on Sunday, they will travel to Marbella to start their 'second' pre-season training camp.
