UD Almería Women took a huge step towards promotion after a flawless weekend of results. The Rojiblancas claimed a vital 2–3 away victory over second-placed Atlético Ben-Namiel in Group IX, extending their lead to 9 points.
The Matchday got even better as Group X pacesetters Sevilla FC ‘B’ Women suffered their first defeat of the season. As a result, UD Almería Women are once again the highest-ranked Andalusian side in the Tercera RFEF, now 2 points clear of Sevilla.
