Ready, steady, go!!!

UD Almería are ready to take on Real Sociedad ‘B’ this Thursday (kick-off 6:45pm Spain Time/Matchday 11). The squad young members from San Sebastian, who are making their debut in the second tier, are looking to continue their 3-week unbeaten run. The Donostiarras have only lost one game as visitors and under the guidance of their head coach Xabi Alonso, they are playing effective tactics to meet their objectives.

Head coach Rubi has been working with his squad focused on this league appointment, despite the fact that they will have to visit CD Mirandés at the Anduva Stadium in less than 72 hours (Sunday, 24 October/ kick-off 2pm Spain Time/ Matchday 12). According to the Matchday 11 results, a victory over adversaries Sociedad ‘B’ would fire UD Almeria top of the table again.

In addition, all of the UD Almería players are eager to clinch a home victory again following the draw with UD Las Palmas and the defeat to SD Eibar. Aitor Buñuel, Lucas Robertone and Largie Ramazani will be out of action at the ‘Mediterraneo’ though. 

The Rojiblancos attended their final behind-closed-doors session this Wednesday evening on the Juegos Mediterraneos pitch, where they will be hosting the next opponents from North Spain on the winter grass for the first time this season.
