Hard training session to say goodbye to 2019

The rojiblancos took part in the last demanding training session of 2019. Players are resuming work on 1st January at 5 p.m.

The UD Almeria’s first team are saying goodbye to 2019 with a demanding training session that took place in the Anexo field in the Juegos Mediterraneos Stadium. In fact, the preparation has been one of the most efficient forms of exercise. This circuit training was an excellent way to simultaneously build strength and resistance.

Sekou continues working with the rest of the squad but he also did some alternative workout. His recovery is progressing favourably. He was injured in the Copa del Rey match. Also, Juan Ibiza has been training on the pitch by himself because he is still in recovering from the serious injury he suffered at the beginning of the season. Coric and Owona were doing some alternative exercises; the attacking midfielder sprained his knee, while the defender was feeling some discomfort. Vada and Darwin Nuñez have joined the rest of their teammates later, thanks to the club's permission.

UD Almeria welcome 2020 with a training session that is taking place on 1st January (5 p.m.), in the Anexo field. On Thursday and Friday, training will be behind closed doors at the Juegos Mediterraneos Stadium.
