UD Almería begin preparations for clash against Villarreal CF

The Rojiblancos have completed the first practice for Saturday's fixture at the training base. They will be training behind closed doors at the Power Horse Stadium on Thursday and Friday.

UD Almería begun preparations for Saturday's clash against Villarreal CF (kick-off 4:15pm CET) after being given Tuesday off. The tactical session was held on the Anexo training ground this Wednesday morning.

The Rojiblancos have another stern test coming this Saturday as they are facing another of the top clubs in Spain. The match will be the second at home in a row and it is worth highlighting that the 12th Player was fundamental in the match against Barça when there was a record-breaking attendance this season.

Thursday and Friday's practices will also be held behind closed doors at Power Horse Stadium. Quique Setién's men sit 7th in the top-tier table and after a dismal run of four consecutive defeats, much to their delight, Villarreal CF achieved victory over Getafe FC on the last Matchday. In this way, they are close to booking a place in European competition.
