UD Almería 'B' to clinch third position against Atlético Mancha Real

The UDA Academy prospects will face a team from Jaén, fighting not to be relegated, at 12 noon on Sunday at the La Juventud Stadium with the aim of continuing to climb positions in the table

Atlético Mancha Real and UD Almería 'B' will face each other at 12 noon this Sunday at the La Juventud Stadium in search of three huge points for both, although with very different objectives. The youthful Rojiblancos will head into the fixture on a two-game winning streak, the last being a rampant victory over CD Atlético Melilla last Wednesday. With 63 points picked up so far, the 'B' team sit fourth, level on points with third-placed Atlético Malagueño, so each point is vital to qualify for that place that would give them an advantage to compete in the play-offs.

On the other side of the pitch, Atlético Mancha Real host the Indálicos in 13th place, just one point above the drop zone. With the end of the season getting closer and only two days to go, they need to give it their all to secure survival. So they are going to make the game very difficult for Alberto Lasarte's side, who will have to match that intensity to get some vital points in the race to achieve third position with only two games remaining.

This match promises to be an exciting match between a team that looks to continue getting up the table and another that fights to remain in the tier.
