UD Almería 'B' player Rojas suffers torn meniscus in right knee

The UDA 'B' team attacker will be operated on by orthopaedic surgeon Pedro Luis Ripoll. He is likely to make a full recovery within 12 weeks of the surgery.

UD Almería 'B' player Rojas, who has also joined in the first team at times, suffers a torn meniscus in his right knee, an unfortunate injury that he sustained on the last Matchday against Huétor Vega at the Anexo ground next to the Power Horse Stadium.

The UD Almería 'B' footballer was forced off the pitch on a stretcher in the final minutes of the match and subsequently, he was taken by ambulance to a hospital in order to undergo diagnostic tests. The Club's medical services have assessed the extent of the injury and it has been decided that he will be operated on by the prestigious orthopaedic surgeon Pedro Luis Ripoll. It will take him around three months to fully recover.
