UD Almería on three-week unbeaten streak after showing brilliant attacking displays

Three great goals netted in the same game again! The Rojiblancos will have the weekend off duty. Back to the office on Monday to turn their attention to Rayo Vallecano.

UD Almería are greatly enjoying their third consecutive match without losing after showing brilliant attacking displays against tough teams with the likes of RCD Espanyol and Atletico de Madrid at the Power Horse Stadium and Valencia CF away from home. They have also found their way to improve their defending as much as their attacking tactics.

It is not the first time that the Indalicos scored three goals in the same game. They netted three goals against each of the following teams: Rayo Vallecano, Girona FC and Celta de Vigo. The Rojiblancos are one of the LaLiga Santander teams with the best home form and also one of the highest scorers after FC Barcelona, although Matchday 19 has only begun before completing the first half of the season and the start of the reverse fixtures.

Either way, UD Almería will make the most of their weekend off following this vital victory over direct rivals to close out a brilliant week after Monday's two-all draw with Valencia CF at the Mestalla Stadium.

Now it's time to take a breather. The squad has Saturday and Sunday off training and will be back to the Anexo office on Monday for a morning session (10:30am). The week is quite long since the following Monday, 6 February, they will be playing away to Rayo Vallecano to kick off the second half of the league.
