Rubi: ‘It’s such a good point because winning over CF Fuenlabrada isn’t easy at all’

The head coach states that UD Almería were brave when it comes to fighting for a victory at the Fernando Torres stadium

‘It’s such a good point because winning over CF Fuenlabrada isn’t easy at all,’ exclaimed UD Almeria head coach Rubi when reflecting on the draw against a team that ‘make you feel very uncomfortable on the pitch.’ The gaffer’s thoughts were shared after the encounter: ‘We haven’t played the game that we’d have liked and if the game pauses and we can't keep up the good work, it's even more complicated.’
The firing warning shots at the hands of the opponents frayed some nerves so that UD Almeria’s gaffer explained ‘everybody has their own weapons.’ The Indalicos’ formula to dominate the game came through being brave in the substitutions, which led the head coach to comment: ‘It’s been a fight in which we’ve gone all out for a win.’ Rubi also pointed out that all the second tier teams ‘want to beat his team.'
Every league game will be very complicated. Proof of this was experienced at the Fernando Torres Stadium, where UD Almería left with a hard-fought point collected against opponents who in the head coach's opinion ‘work well as they’re intense and always organised.
