Óscar Fernández: 'We have to be aware that there's a long way to go'

UD Almería 'B' visit Huétor Vega at 12 noon this Sunday and their head coach wants to forget about the table

UD Almería 'B' head coach Óscar Fernández has sat down with UDA Radio to give his take on the good run of results his youth team and analyse their next away game, against Huétor Vega: 'all games in this tier are complicated. The difference between winning or losing is minimal; we need to be aware that there's still a long way to go. We can't take anything for granted. The youthful Rojiblancos head coach has emphasised one of the Granada team's main weapons: 'We have to keep an eye on set-pieces and defend well, that way they'll not be able to create much danger.'

Óscar has positively valued the latest arrivals of Longonda and Diamant Ramazani: 'They're going to bring us many things, with their team spirit and good skills they're going to make us better. They'll certainly improve our performance and competitiveness. What about the youth squad? I'm very happy with the players I have.'

The Academy prospects are leaders of Group IX of the Tercera Division RFEF and are playing 12th-placed Huétor Vega at noon this Sunday on Matchday 3.
