Last Saturday’s practice in the stadium before trip to Ponferrada

UD Almería are now in the final stretch of their preparations for the Sunday’s game against SD Ponferradina at El Toralin (Matchday 5/ kick-off 6:15 pm Spain Time). The Rojiblancos took their foot off the gas during Friday's session held at the Anexo ground following three intense training sessions in the previous days.

In fact, the squad performed a pre-activation workout in the indoors Stadium’s warm-up track, and later they played footvolley, rondos and also planned strategy before practising shots on goal.

This Saturday, the players will be put through their paces in a high-intensity training session at the Juegos Mediterraneos Stadium. The UD Almeria travelling squad will be flying charter from 5pm to León city and then continue their journey by road to Ponferrada city (Castilla y Leon).
