Corpas, Jonathan Silva and homegrown Rubén Enri in the team roster
The Rojiblancos have taken part in one last training session and will get together until this Monday, the day of the match against Rayo Vallecano
José Corpas, Jonathan Silva and homegrown Rubén Enri are the new players included in the team roster. The Rojiblancos take on Rayo Vallecano this Monday, at 7:30 p.m. on home turf, corresponding to the SmartBank League Matchday 40, the second-to-last of the 2019/20 championship.
Corpas was dropped of the team sheet before travelling to Girona at the very last moment as a result of a viral infection; Jonathan Silva had joint pain that caused his substitution in the previous match played at home against Tenerife, while homegrown Rubén Enri debuts in the squad list, along with his Almeria B team-mate Callejón, who has been included in the team roster once more.
On the contrary, Balliu and Ozornwafor, as well as Aguza and Kaptoum, were left out due to injuries.
The Rojiblancos have undertaken one last training at their training base, the Anexo, where they have practised several tactical and strategic drills. The squad are getting together at 9 p.m. waiting to face this Monday a crunch game that can place Almeria again close to automatic promotion to the Spanish First Division, an objective for which Rayo Vallecano are also fighting for.
