Almeria homegrown players to become the best version of themselves against Real Jaén

The Academy products visit Nuevo Estadio de la Victoria with the intention of bagging all three points again

The UD Almería ‘B’ team visit Real Jaén on Sunday at 12:00 noon with the firm intention of becoming the best version of themselves and thus being able to take home all three points after two games without doing so. The Almeria youth team have before them the golden opportunity to return to play-off positions for promotion in a week that will continue with a new challenging appointment in Huétor Tájar, on Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. CET, which will allow the homegrown players to complete their fixture list.

The Academy team squad list will not be submitted until the morning in which Almeria ‘B’ will set off on a journey. As it has been happening every weekend, the first-team and second-team coaching staff will decide which senior and youth will be available for the appointment at Nuevo Estadio de la Victoria and who will be part of LaLiga SmartBank official game.

After sharing the spoils with Torredonjimeno and losing on home soil to Atlético de Porcuna, Almería ‘B’ set the goal of once again taste victory this season. It will be necessary to outplay Real Jaén, who have only been able to play four games because of Covid-19. This led the Jaén-based side to be placed at the bottom of the table, although things might change since they are the team with the fewest games played in group IX ‘A’ within Tercera Division.
