UD Almería 'B' did not fulfill the objective of the week as they did not score points. Meanwhile, they got farther away from the play-off positions. There were two evenly-matched sides battling it out, but hosts Arenas de Armilla attacked more with their fans rooting for them. The UDA lads tried their hardest at all times, but once again they lacked the precision to trouble the rival goalkeeper. In the 67th minute, the match-winning goal was netted through a direct free-kick taken beautifully by Dani Benítez. The youthful Rojiblancos kept on trying in a bid to find the net but were not successful.

It was a bad day at the office for the 'B' team Rojiblancos in the Granada-based town of Armilla, who tried to create chances, but they could not beat the visitor goalie. Marezi squandered one of the clearest chances of the encounter.

The visitors didn't have any clear opportunities either, but they were the ones who had more possession and went all out to reach the Rojiblancos' goal with many crosses from wide positions. With 57 minutes on the clock, Obón made a great save to deny Dani Benítez, however he could not snuff out danger after the direct free-kick that the same player booted in the 67th minute (1-0).

Óscar Fernández's boys piled on the attack, but without luck to be able to tie the game. Finally, the appointment ended up 1-0 with the hosts grabbing a hard-fought point.
