UD Almería's first training session ahead of Real Betis ticked off

The Indálicos have trained at the Anexo training base and this Thursday and Friday, they will do so at the Power Horse Stadium.

UD Almería have resumed training, after being given Tuesday off. The players have put the main focus on Real Betis Balompié as the Seville-based side is visiting the Power Horse Stadium on Saturday (KO 4:15pm CET/ Matchday 21).

The Rojiblancos are putting in the graft since their objective is to stretch their fine home form. During this Wednesday's session held at the Anexo training base, the squad carried out workout circuit workouts followed by rondos and tactical drills within small-sided games.

Head coach Rubi has put all his players through their paces except for Dyego Sousa, who did tailored exercises after the pep talk. On the other hand, Lucas Robertone and Léo Baptistão will not feature in the next game following their fifth yellow cards.

After playing away to Rayo Vallecano last Monday, UD Almería only have three training sessions to prepare for the stern test against Real Betis. The remaining two will be delivered behind closed doors at the Power Horse Stadium.
