Another almost perfect weekend for UDA Academy youngsters

In summary, there have been 6 wins and a draw. The under-14s ‘A’ were the ones who picked up only a point, while the unstoppable under-19s ‘A’ became the pacesetters

Last weekend was really positive for the UDA Academy family with 6 victories racked up in 7 games. The triumph scored by the UD Almeria U19s ‘A’ has been the highlight, who are topping the table.

Alberto Lasarte's youth team won again and they’ve won 11 victories on the bounce so far. With their stab secured for the Copa del Rey youth tournament, the unstoppable Rojiblancos seem not to stop putting their feet on the gas and continue adding points in threes in all their fixtures. This time, Seneca were defeated 2-1 with goals courtesy of Juanjo and Torres. Furthermore, with this victory, they have become the pacesetters of their group. The under-19s ‘B’  recorded a 4-1 win over CD Puerto Malagueño. Migue’s quick-fire brace as well as Martins and Tejedor’s goals sealed victory. Third consecutive victory that brings the lads back to the top positions.

UD Almeria U16 ‘A’ won their match against Málaga 2-3 with Ramon’s superb brace (x2) and Eric’s decider; while, the under-16s ‘B’ also managed to collect all three points to the good in their match against Alcaudete (2-1): Hugo Albiar and Edu Valle were the ones who netted.

The under-14s ‘A’ could only add one point against Peloteros. The result was a 2-2 tie and those who found the back of the net were Miguel and Juanma. The U14s ‘B’ achieved a 2-4 victory against Ciudad de Roquetas with youngsters José, Álex Valle, Adrián and Iborra scoring.

Last but not least, the biggest win of the Matchday was notched up by UD Almeria U12, who thrashed Torreperogil 8-0.
