UD Almería, after a really intense and tough pre-season, take a slight breather before starting preparations as the season-opener is fast approaching. Reigning LaLiga Santander champions Real Madrid CF are visiting the Power Horse Stadium next Sunday, 14 August (kick-off 10pm)

The Rojiblancos returned early this Monday afternoon from England where they played their last pre-season friendly against Saudi Arabia side Al-Hilal FC. Those players who did not travel to the island exercised on the Anexo training ground and this Tuesday will be a day off for the entire squad. The squad members are back to the office for morning session at the training base that is taking place at 9:30am.

Thursday, Friday and Saturday training will be held behind closed doors. On Sunday, Matchday 1, there will be a warm-up before the first official game of the 2022/23 season.
