UD Almería ‘B’ vs Real Jaén will be played behind closed doors at Anexo ground

The Club has opted for avoiding unfair treatment between the fans given the reduced capacity of the venue. Only managers and press will be granted access.

The UD Almería ‘B’ vs Real Jaén game will be played behind closed doors at 12 noon this Sunday at the Anexo ground next to the Power Horse Stadium (Marchday 11. Group IX. Tercera Division RFEF).

This is the decision that the Club has made to avoid unfair treatment between the fans due to the reduced capacity of this sports venue and the great demand for tickets. Only managers and media duly accredited for the meeting will be able to access.

Once the Anexo's winter grass has been reseeded with winter grass, UD Almería 'B' can return to their usual field in order to play official fixtures, however it is not feasible because of organisation and security, to accommodate the requests and needs of Real Jaén and UD Almería 'B' whose season ticket holders have free access to the 'B' team's matches.

UD Almería regret this decision and publicly apologise to the fans of both clubs, although at the same time, they consider that it was necessary to adopt this appropriate measure.
