UD Almería 'B' seek revenge for first half of season game against CD Torreperogil

The appointment is scheduled for this Sunday (kick-off 6pm CET). Clash with three massive points at stake for both sides.

UD Almería 'B' are fully focused on getting back to winning ways after losing to Huétor Vega on home turf and drawing 2-2 away with UD Ciudad de Torredonjimeno. The UDA Academy Rojiblancos now have to win and stand chances to qualify for the play-offs so they need to earn points in threes in all the coming fixtures.

This Sunday, CD Torreperogil will be visiting the Anexo ground next to the Power Horse Stadium (KO 6pm CET). The UDA 'B' team have always done well against the Jaén-based outfit; in fact, before the competition began, all the results of their encounters were favourable to the Almeria Academy products: six games, six wins. However, the game of the first half the season, at CD Torreperogil's pitch, ended with the first victory for the lads from Jaén (2-0).

Óscar Fernández's youth side need to win the next match and collect three points on a regular basis from then on. It will be a clash between direct rivals, only a point and a position separate them. UD Almería 'B' are sixth with 29 points whereas CD Torreperogil sit 7th on 28. In other words, the game seems crucial for both teams. In addition, the two will go into the game on the same streak in the last two games: a loss and a draw. Carlos Rojas will miss out due to a meniscus tear.
