UD Almería aim to scoop Xmas lotto jackpot this year
It is that time of the year again. The décimos (one-tenth of a lottery ticket) are on sale at the Club's reception and on Matchdays at the Stadium ticket offices
This beloved tradition comes to life one more year. Millions of Spaniards buy a lottery ticket eager to try their chance at the Spanish big jackpot aka 'El Gordo', which literally means 'the fat one'. UD Almería have chosen a five-digit number for the Christmas Lottery draw, which takes place on 22 December.
The chosen number by the Club has been 81900 hoping to distribute big prizes among its season ticket holders and supporters, as in previous years. The tenth-shares of a lottery ticket are on sale for 23€ per décimo at the Club's reception from Monday to Friday (opening hours: 9am-2pm/ 3pm-6pm) as well as at the Power Horse Stadium ticket offices on Matchdays two hours before the match kick-off.
The number has been picked out at the 'Perolo' Lottery booth located in the Murcia-based town of San Pedro del Pinatar, which has distributed great prizes in recent years, including the jackpot, which UD Almería are aiming to win this Christmas.
