Having said that, Óscar Fernández's boys will not change their training plan during the week. In fact, the Academy players have already resumed training on the Vega de Acá ground, preparing the next away appointment to Alhaurino with a date and kick-off still to be confirmed.

Almería 'B' went on Xmas hols having said goodbye to 2021 with a victory over Torremolinos (2-1) thanks to goals from Gilbert - who made his UD Almería first-team debut against FC Cartagena - and Raúl Caballero. This triumph fired them to third in the Tercera RFEF table (Group IX) on 29 points, 6 behind the leaders, whose highest position is the only one that grants automatic promotion.
