Home double-header continues on Sunday against CD Eldense

After waiting 11 days to return to league action following the match in Castellón, UD Almería will now imminently host the Alicante-based team, who are fighting to avoid the relegation zone

After having to wait 11 days to return to league action following the match played in Castellón on 18 April, the Rojiblancos will now imminently face their next opponents CD Eldense, who will be welcomed this Sunday at 6:30 at the UD Almería Stadium.

The Indálicos played the opening Matchday 36 fixture in Castalia and closed Matchday 37 this Tuesday after Monday's postponement due to the blackout that shook the entire Iberian peninsula.

With little time left for recovery, on Sunday, there will be another game against opponents who are dominating the relegation zone and fighting to escape the drop. The squad will rest this Wednesday to take a break after having had up to 7 training sessions before playing against Racing Club Ferrol.

On Thursday, the Indálicos will resume training, while on Friday and Saturday they will be put through their paces in the morning at the Stadium. All of these preparation sessions will be held behind closed doors.
