The Rojiblancos open Matchday 28 in Albacete and will not return to action until hosting Cultural y Deportiva Leonesa on 9 March, before a demanding run of fixtures

After taking on Córdoba CF on Saturday, 21 February and then travelling to take on Albacete BP on Friday, 27 February, following just 3 training sessions plus recovery work, the Rojiblancos now face up to 10 days without competitive action in the league.

The Andalusian side kicked off Matchday 28 at the Carlos Belmonte stadium and will close out Matchday 29 on Monday, 9 March, when they host Cultural y Deportiva Leonesa at the UD Almería Stadium.

It will feel like a lengthy pause, with 2 full rounds of league fixtures taking place between their matches.

Following the home game against Cultural, UD Almería will embark on back-to-back away trips, both in Aragón. They travel to face Real Zaragoza on Saturday, 14 March, before visiting SD Huesca on Friday, 20 March. The team will wrap up March at home against Real Sociedad’s 'B' team.

April begins with a midweek round of fixtures, as UD Almería travel to Castellón during Holy Week. After hosting CD Leganés, their next away assignment will be against Racing de Santander, a demanding schedule lies ahead.
