Rubi named 21-player UD Almería squad ahead of Levante UD game

A 21-player UD Almería squad list has been named by head coach Rubi ahead of this Sunday's match against Levante UD at the Ciudad de Valencia stadium. The gaffer has counted on the 19 first-team players available to head to Valencia, as well as UD Almería 'B' youngsters Gui Guedes and Rachad. Marc Pubill, who suffers a lateral collateral ligament injury in his left knee picked up on the last Matchday against SD Eibar, although as the UD Almería head coach announced in the press conference prior to this Sunday's fixture, the Olympic champion could make it to next Saturday's match against Burgos CF at the UD Almería Stadium.
On the other hand, goalkeeper Bruno Iribarne and centre-back Paco Sanz, who is involved in the senior team preparations, have returned to the UDA 'B' team for Sunday's match against Recreativo de Granada at the Sports. Complex from the Granada-based club.
The UD Almería squad held a final 1pm-training session this Saturday behind closed doors, in the Stadium. Afterwards, the players and coaches had lunch in the same facilities of the sports venue and they travelled to Valencia on a charter flight at 5pm.

Goalkeepers: Maximiano (1) and Fernando (13).
Defenders: Kaiky (4), Radovanovic (16), Pozo (17), Alex Centelles (20), Chumi (21) and Bruno Langa (24).
Midfielders: Arnau Puigmal (2), Edgar (3), Robertone (5), Lopy (6), Melero (8), Nico Melamed (10), Sergio Arribas (11), Leo Baptistao (12), Baba (15) and Gui Guedes (27).
Forwards: Luis Suárez (9), Marezi (19) and Rachad (28).
