Relentless week ahead for UD Almería

3 LaLiga Hypermotion games in 7 days as the decisive stage of the 2025/26 season begins

UD Almería return to training this Monday with their focus already on the Holy Thursday fixture against CD Castellón at the SkyFi Castalia Stadium. All training sessions will be held behind closed doors.

There is no time for UD Almería to fully enjoy their impressive 5-1 victory over Real Sociedad 'B' and everything that came with it. That W marked the start of a demanding 7-day stretch with no breathing room for the Rojiblancos. On Thursday, the squad travel to face 6th-placed CD Castellón, before returning down south on Sunday to take on CD Leganés3 matches in 1 week, right as the competition enters its most decisive phase with the final 10 fixtures ahead.

This Monday, behind closed doors, as will be all training sessions, UD Almería get back to training preparing for the trip to Castellón. Rubi's side will have 3 sessions to fine-tune their set-up. The squad will travel on Thursday via charter flight to the city of Castellón, returning on Friday before immediately training upon arrival back home.

Another practice is scheduled for Saturday ahead of the third game of the week against CD Leganés.
