The young players from UD Almeria Women have played a formidable tournament, reaching the final without being defeated. In the group stage, they recorded three wins and two draws, which guaranteed them passage to the semi-finals. In this tie, they faced SL Olivais (Benfica School), in an extremely difficult match, but the Indálicas were able to overcome their rivals with a score of 1-0.
The U16s Rojiblancas secured their well-deserved place in the final, where they faced GD Estoril de Praia, maintaining their excellent level of play throughout the tournament. At the end of the first half, they were leading with a goal, while in the second half, they doubled their lead 2-0, and thus lifting the title of the Ibercup 2024 held in Cascais, Portugal.
