UD Almería will play friendly against FC Cartagena at the Power Horse Stadium

It will be the second-to-last pre-season warm-up game and season-ticket holders can attend for free. Malaga CF will also be opponents at the Montecastillo training camp.

UD Almería have already wrapped up their pre-season schedule seeking to get the team match ready for the start of LaLiga Santander, which kicks off on Sunday, 14 August against Real Madrid CF at the Power Horse Stadium. Second-tier side FC Cartagena will be visiting UD Almería on Friday, 5 August (KO 8pm CEST). The friendly comes after training camp at Montecastillo and the last warm-up match that will be played in England. Malaga CF will also be pre-season opponents during the training camp to be held in Jerez de la Frontera. 

First, UD Almería will play host to Segunda Division RFEF side Velez CF on Sunday, 17 July (KO 7:30pm Spain Time). Subsequently,  some teams will be adversaries during the Rojiblancos'  training camp to be held at Montecastillo in Jerez de la Frontera: Córdoba CF (Saturday, 23 July/ KO 8pm CEST); San Fernando CF (Sunday, 24 July/ KO 7:30pm CEST) both teams from Primera Division RFEF, as well as Malaga CF on Friday, 29 July and Granada CF on Saturday, 30 July (KO 7:30pm CEST) both from LaLiga SmartBank). Afterwards, the home match against FC Cartagena will be played on Friday, 5 August and the pre-season friendly against Saudi Arabia and a few times Asia champions side Al-Hilal on Sunday, 7 August at the Pirelli Stadium located in the English town of Burton-Upon-Trent (Staffordshire).
