UD Almería to go all out for first home win of the season

Head coach Pepe Mel names a 22-player squad list for this Saturday's fixture against CA Osasuna. Edgar and Lopy join the team roster. Choco Lozano, Melero, Koné and Luis Suárez will sit out this game

UD Almería are back in LaLiga EA Sports action this Saturday after the international break last weekend. They will go all out to get the first win of the season at home against CA Osasuna at the Power Horse Stadium (KO 4:15pm Spanish Time/ Matchday 30).

After the victory achieved 15 days ago in Las Palmas with head coach Pepe Mel debuting as a Rojiblanco, UD Almeria will be looking to add three points again and dedicate it to their loyal fans, who still have not seen his team beat any side on home soil.

The new gaffer has had two weeks to continue getting to know his players, in addition to preparing properly this Saturday's league appointment. This extensive period of time for the international break has not been entirely ideal due to the absences of the internationals and the players who had muscle discomfort, who have been working out on the sidelines.

Marc Pubill (Spain U21) and César Montes (Mexico) arrived in Almeria last Wednesday, while this past Thursday, Baba (Ghana) and Lopy (Senegal) were back in town.

Choco Lozano (Honduras) has had a flight issue and has not been able to participate in the last training session, this Friday, so that he has been ruled out, the same as Melero, sanctioned with a four-game ban. Then, Koné is not ready to play yet and Luis Suárez continues to recover from his injury.

Regarding the meeting in Las Palmas, Edgar and Lopy are the fresh faces in this squad list,
