
UD Almería support LaLiga's 2,7m euros distribution agreement with CVC
The money from the investment fund will be shared among the competitions and the clubs. José Juan Bonillo was on the delegate committee
LaLiga Executive Committee have unanimously ratified LaLiga Impulso, the strategic agreement reached with the CVC Capital Partners investment fund to promote the global growth of LaLiga and its Spanish clubs so that 90% of the cash injection of 2,700m euros will be directly destined for the Spanish clubs, including also women's football, semi-professional and non-professional football through the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) and the National Sports Council (more than 100m euros).
Football Clubs must take on total commitment to allocate the investment they receive to the promotion of their own development plan agreed with LaLiga, which will allow them to allocate up to 70% of the resources to investments related to infrastructure, international development, brand development and product, communication strategy, innovation and technology plan and content development plan on digital platforms and also social networks, being able to have up to an additional 15% for the registration of players and the other 15% for the clubs’ debt.
