UD Almería Genuine triumph in third stage of LaLiga Genuine
The UDA Foundation Rojiblancos enjoyed the promotion of inclusive values and improvement at the Tenerife Sports Complex. In addition, they managed to win their three games so they will have a chance to be champions in the last phase of the competition
UD Almería Genuine lived an enriching experience in Tenerife during the third phase of the LaLiga Genuine, immersed in an atmosphere of familiarity, sportsmanship, values and football. The Rojiblancos actively participated in the Tenerife Sports Complex in this inclusive competition for people with intellectual disabilities organised by LaLiga through its Foundation.
Over three exciting days, the Canarian city witnessed this unique competition in the world, where tolerance, respect and camaraderie stand out above merely sporting aspects. On the football pitch, UD Almeria Genuine exhibited a notable effort, beating their opponents in the three matches played.
This sporting success added a special chapter to the experience, further enriching the experience of the young people who make up the current team of the UD Almería Foundation. Furthermore, with these three victories, the team has the option of becoming LaLiga champions in the last phase that will be played in June in Getafe.
After the conclusion of the matches, as is customary at each competition venue, the medal ceremony was held for all LaLiga Genuine participants. This event was chaired by various institutional representatives of LaLiga, Tenerife and their foundations.
