The Rojiblancos trained on the Anexo ground, where they will meet again this Wednesday. Thursday and Saturday, practice in the stadium

The UD Almería players are back in training after having Monday off and last Sunday’s active recovery training session. It was an intense and complete practice that has been conducted at the Anexo Juegos Mediterraneos thinking about the next league event, which takes place on Sunday against SD Ponferradina at El Toralín Stadium (kick-off 6:15pm Spain Time). It will be the first of the two consecutive away games since UD Almeria are heading to Madrid to visit AD Alcorcon on the following week (Friday, 17 September).

Head coach Rubi will be able to count again on Robertone, who has served a one-game ban after being sent off in Lezama (Basque Country) … Who will be out of action? Iván Martos, who was given two yellow cards during the home game against Málaga CF, will miss out as well as Juan Villar, who continues to recover from the injury he sustained in the pre-season. The Huelva-born forward has been exercising on the sidelines like Juanjo Nieto, the right-back is actually doing well towards his complete recovery when there are still four training sessions ahead.

UD Almeria will be getting back to work at the Anexo training pitch on Wednesday morning (9:45am). The squad will be training at the Stadium on Thursday and Saturday, while they will be getting together for another football practice at the training base on Friday.
