UD Almería 'B' gear up for play-off match against Real Jaén

The promotion-chasing UDA Academy Rojiblancos, after two days off, have returned to the Power Horse Stadium 'office', leaving behind the Vega de Acá facilities, where they normally train

UD Almería 'B' are gearing up for Sunday's match against Real Jaén (KO 12 noon Spanish Time) at the Power Horse Stadium. This is why the Academy Rojiblancos, after two days of well-deserved rest, will train until the day of the match on the first-team pitch. This Wednesday's morning session was open to the media. The training programmed by UD Almería 'B' head coach Alberto Lasarte and his coaching staff has been really physical, with many high-intensity drills combined with the game strategy.

The players have worked on circuit work-outs that combined endurance and speed, as well as tactical drills designed to perfect positioning on the pitch and coordination between the different lines of the team.

During the session, which included several UD Almería Under-19s 'A', the players demonstrated great commitment and concentration. Each drill was performed with great precision, reflecting the importance of the match against Real Jaén.

Mr Lasarte has been fully involved in the practice and has insisted on the need to keep up the intensity and cohesion of the group, fundamental aspects to achieve a positive result this Sunday.
