Twenty-three players in the UD Almería roster

Kaptoum and David Costas have been left out of this time around. Last training session at the Anexo followed by a get-together before matchday 38

Contrary to the previous matchdays of the League, Almería include twenty-three players who are allowed to play the next Saturday’s home match, at 7:30 p.m. CET against Tenerife at Juegos Mediterraneos. The team roster was made up of twenty-four footballers both in Miranda de Ebro and against Sporting; all the players available belong to the first-team squad as also happens now with two absences, those of Kaptoum and David Costas. 

The latter came down with and injury against Sporting de Gijón, having to be subbed in the 76th minute, but after the medical check-ups he has undergone he only has a contracture in his left adductor. As for Kaptoum, he has already been given the all-clear by the doctor, although the medical staff rather not to play through the pain and will be back on his feet. 

The Rojiblancos took part in one last training session at the Anexo, turning their attention to Tenerife, they will get together at Gran Fama Hotel in our city at night. This Saturday, the day of the game, they are taking a low-intensity activity in the facilities at Mediterraneo and then return to their ‘headquarters’. 

The following players are in the team roster: 

Goalkeepers: Sivera (1) and Fernando (13). 

Defenders: Francis (2), Romera (4), Balliu (20), Juan Ibiza (15), Maras (18), Ozornwafor (22), Iván Martos (3) and Jonathan Silva (12). 

Midfilders: Aguza (5), César de la Hoz (6), Petrovic (8), Enzo (7), Fran Villalba (10), Coric (19), Vada (23), Lazo (16), Corpas (17) and Appiah (31). 

Forwards: Juan Muñoz (11), Darwin Núñez (21) and Iván Barbero (36).
