Turki Alalshikh donates 200,000 € to Almería to acquire the vaccine against Covid-19
The club president would like the Mayor of Almeria to help distribute it among the inhabitants of the Andalusian city
Turki Alalshikh, president and owner of UD Almería, will donate 200,000 € in a gesture of goodwill so as to acquire the vaccine against Covid-19 and that it is intended for the inhabitants of Almería. The Rojiblancos’ leader would like the Mayor of Almería, Ramón Fernández-Pacheco, to help distribute it and announces this initiative as a way to wholeheartedly thank the people of Almería.
The message sent by Turki Alalshikh is as follows:
‘To all the people of my beloved City of Almería. After all your support during my painful illness, here I am. I am recovered and I’d like to give a small portion back in return for everything I received, so I’m going to donate 200,000 € to buy the Covid-19 vaccine. The Mayor of Almería will help us distribute it among the people of our city. All of you are in my heart.’
