Creating realistic finishing drills for forwards

The Rojiblancos are taking care of all the details in the training sessions. Marc Pubill exercises more demandingly, although still on the sidelines. This Friday and Saturday, behind-closed-door sessions

UD Almería step up preparations for Sunday's match against Real Oviedo at the Carlos Tartiere stadium where the Rojiblancos will try to extend their brilliant performance against Burgos CF. The squad, with the presence of up to 7 UD Almería 'B' players as happened the previous day, has trained on the Anexo ground with the presence of Marc Pubill, although he remains on the sidelines, although on this occasion he has trained in a more demanding way having already recovered from the left knee injury.

The UD Almería coaching staff, with Rubi at the helm, always delivers a very tactical job in which they take care of the smallest details. In this Thursday's session, for instance, there was a part in which the forwards followed Joan Carrillo's instructions, who explained a series of passing drills to them and then put them into practice.

Luis Suárez, Leo Baptistao, Marezi, Rachad and Lorenzo have participated, the latter two from the 'B' team, although the Moroccan international is training regularly with the first team. Meanwhile, the rest of the team, with Rubi in charge, rehearsed other aspects of the game. Then, the entire group has worked on recreation of match situations.

This Friday and Saturday, before travelling to Oviedo, UD Almería will have two new practices behind closed doors to complete their preparations.
